In this session, Dr. Mark Erickson, a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Physical Therapist, will lead us through an Awareness Through Movement lesson. ATM lessons are gentle, verbally directed movement patterns sequenced intentionally to enhance body awareness and expand one's movement repertoire. An expanded pool of movement options helps improve our efficiency, reduce overuse, and help us reach our full potential. Bring your curiosity!
