Noriko was born in Yokohama, Japan and started playing guitar at age 10.

She studied Alexander Technique and Body Mapping with Hitomi Ono and currently teaches Body Mapping and classical guitar in Yokohama, Japan.

Noriko has written a series of articles published in a monthly guitar magazine.
