Kurt-Alexander Zeller

Kurt-Alexander has sung professionally since age eight and appeared in opera, music theatre, and concert throughout North America and Europe. He is Director of Opera and Vocal Studies at Clayton State University in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, where he teaches voice lessons, a three-semester Diction for Singers sequence, and directs the Clayton State Opera. He is particularly interested in the application of Body Mapping to the process of dramatic characterization.

Kurt-Alexander is available to present a variety of Body Mapping experiences for singers, actors, and instrumentalists, including the six-hour “What Every Musician Needs to Know about the Body” course as well as shorter presentations and longer workshops. He has given Body Mapping workshops at many universities and at major meetings of the National Association of Teachers of Singing, College Music Society, International Congress of Voice Teachers, and National Association of Pastoral Musicians.
