Miss Hancock is currently living in Portland, Oregon. In addition to directing music at the Lake Oswego United Church of Christ, she is a vocal instructor at Marylhurst University and the Multnomah Arts Center. Miss Hancock is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing and an Andover Educator. She offers private lessons for both voice and body mapping in the Portland area.

Miss Hancock is currently working on her Masters in Performance at Portland State University. She has sung with many groups, including the Oregon Repertory Singers, the Boston Pops, the PSU chamber choir and the St. Mary's Cathedral Choir. She has sung solos with the Oregon Repertory Singers, and The King's University College Concert and Chamber choirs. Miss Hancock has also performed in multiple solo recitals along the western United States and Canada. Other performances include roles in Portland State University Opera workshops, and the Marylhurst Singing/Actors program.
